    RedHat: Add --enable-kernel-module when building kmod
    
    When building the kernel module, explicitly specify the
    --enable-kernel-module configure option, instead of relying on the
    default auto-detect behavior.
    
    This is not required with our current configure, since we already always
    specify the --with-linux-kernel-headers option when building the kernel
    module. configure will fail when the given path does not contain usable
    kernel headers.
    
    However, explicitly enabling the kernel module makes the intent clear,
    matches the --disable-kernel-module option given when not building the
    kernel module, and ensures configure fails instead of silently disabling
    the kernel module build if autodetection logic changes in the future.
