    audit: Add queued named-pipe audit-interface 'pipe'
    
    Add the pipe audit interface, which provides a queued buffer with a
    thread to pull the elements out of the buffer and handles writing into a
    named pipe. The interface does not block the main process; it will drop
    audit messages if the buffer fills up. If an error occurs on the named
    pipe, the pipe will be closed and reopened.
    
    The pipe audit interface allows sites to emit audit messages
    asynchronously like with the sysvmq interface, but with improved
    interoperability and performance of plain text.
    
    Thanks to Andrew Deason (adeason@sinenomine.net) for providing a simple
    and efficient method of passing the data between the threads.  In
    addition Andrew provided much appreciated input during the development
    of this interface.
