    venus: Add -cell option to 'cacheout listservers'
    
    Currently the cacheout 'listservers' subcommand is limited to listing
    the fileservers only for the current home (default) cell in ThisCell.
    
    In order to view the list of fileservers for any cell, add the -cell
    <cell> option to the cacheout 'listservers' subcommand.
    
    This also provides more flexibility to test the 'listservers'
    subcommand.
