Mm.  Interesting point.  Can a server admin adjust the quotas of the volumes 
that have replicas on his server?  If not, he could be in some trouble.

Any thoughts about completing the "minquota" work?  In other words, a 
guaranteed reserved disk usage for a particular volume?
