[OpenAFS-devel] openafs patches for solaris 8

for a set of patches that will allow openafs to compile and run on a
solaris 8 system.

i havent extensively tested these patches but since the changes were
pretty minimal so i am hoping it will be fairly stable.  its been
running about a week w/o any trouble on a desktop machine.

some notes:

ntp isnt built (solaris8 comes w/ this as part of the o/s?)
syscall number is 101 (might need to change to agree with transarc afs)
no testing of afs server functionality
there are a couple warnings during compile that should be 'fixed' (mostly
	related to struct timeval)
