[OpenAFS-devel] No installation instructions for OpenAFS on web site

I'm trying to install 1.0.3 on a RH7.0 system using the RPMs from the=20=

OpenAFS site. The documentation RPMs is magnificently useless since it=20=

doesn't actually contain any documentation, just a license for the=20
documentation that it might have included.

So, I'm muddling through with the instructions from the IBM site (the=20=

Quick Beginnings page).

All seems to go reasonably until I get to the BOS section:

> 4. Verify that the BOS Server created /usr/vice/etc/ThisCell and=20
> /usr/vice/etc/CellServDB as symbolic links to the corresponding files=20=

> in the /usr/afs/etc directory.

This is incorrect -- it created new minimal files rather than=20
symlinking anything (and it created them in /usr/afs/etc -- the=20
usr/vice/etc copies already existsed.

> # cd /usr/afs/bin
>
> # ./bos setcellname <machine=A0name> <cell=A0name> -noauth

There is no /usr/afs/bin/bos command, so I'm stuck. Maybe I'm just=20=

supposed to edit these files by hand?

   What's up?
