[OpenAFS-devel] top level config.h?

True... So have make links copy config.h.in to config.h. That would be a
simple enough change. Or, if prefered, just have it be a different name for
now - but the idea would be to use all of the same defines/etc. that
autoconf would generate in config.h to make it a seamless migration.
