i guess i didnt explain myself correctly. at one point during development
i had a crash at sock_release() during shutdown. since there are two of
these i just stuck in an ifdef and made one print FIXME and the other BITEME.
since this only happened on shutdown i wasnt real concerning about fixing it.
the one that was crashing on shutdown was the one in stoplistener which
was fixed with the afs_osi_sleep. the other just never got removed from
the main afs tree.
