[OpenAFS-devel] first round of makefile patches...

Looks like the first round of patches has been committed. I've got
another round coming that does work on additional makefiles, as well as
further work on some patched during the first round.

With the patches that have been submitted, typing 'make' in
subdirectories should be alot more functional than it was, but still
doesn't work everywhere.
