But it's synchronization only.  The NDS system sends create/delete
requests to an intermediary system which performs the Kerberos account
creations and deletions.  Ticket-granting on all AFS-aware systems is
still done via AFS/Kerberos authentication;  no LDAP lookups are done
whatsoever.
