I previously mailed about some problems I was having with pags and listing
tokens, but I found the problem - I was looking at the krbtgt instead of the
"afs" token.  Why I was getting a krbtgt and a /tmp/tkt* file when I wasn't
linking against the .krb libraries I'm not sure, but it doesn't matter now.

Anyway, the service lets you obtain multiple AFS tokens on a Samba server
through a Win32 GUI.  It's available at:
