[OpenAFS-devel] CellServDB included in latest win95/98 distro is obsolete

 The CERN entries (at least) are wrong.

 Result: time out. Error message: network problem, could also suggest
CellServDB obsolescence.

 One criticism does not mean lack of very deep gratitude to the
developpers.
