well i was going to solve it one of two ways.  wait for the runtime to be
possibly fixed (although i believe the runtime is operating correctly
and its unlikely there will be a fix for this issue) or wait for openafs to
get shared libraries (this might happens sooner than later but i am not
in the know)

i think this is fixed in later releases.
