[OpenAFS-devel] allocation of sysname, best way to go about doing it

I'd like to allocate a sysname for parisc-linux. Not sure if I'll actually
do anything with it yet, but I'm figuring on probably at least trying to if
I have any luck with some other stuff I'm trying to do with it.

The config.guess output returns parisc-unknown-linux-gnu. It's currently
based on debian woody w/ 2.4.9+ kernel.
