[OpenAFS-devel] newer configure.in changes require autoconf 2.5 apparently

That wasn't a problem on most of my machines, but on the debian based parisc
box, it was, since there is no AC_PREREQ(2.50) line in the configure.in
file.

I'd bet that it will probably impact other debian based boxes, since the
autoconf on them appears to use the AC_PREREQ line to switch between running
2.13 and 2.50.
