[OpenAFS-devel] lock.h confusion...

In working on the separate-objdir makefile changes, I came across one
nastiness. There are three different lock.h's in the afs source. In once
case - the venus/ dir has a lock.h in it, that is not compatible with
venus/fs.c=>ubik.h. This only came up cause of the slightly different search
ordering caused by the makefile changes to support building in a separate
object directory.

I've gotten past that particular problem, but it's still something that
should be a concern, as it makes the makefiles fragile.

Maybe some of the files should be renamed?
