[OpenAFS-devel] National char sets problem with afs win smb server

Im happy, that the windows afs client development
is again in alive.

I only want mention the 903 ticket at http://rt.central.org/rt/
is really a significant bug at least in Europe:

When windows smb client connect to the afsd smb server it
will use the MS-DOS (OEM) code page in file names.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Nls\CodePage\OEMCP

But afsd smb server will serve these with Windows (ANSI) code page.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Nls\CodePage\ACP

Because this two codepages are different, then the files and directories
names dont appear correct.
