[OpenAFS-devel] Will client switch replicated when server returns EBUSY?

With the current code, will an AFS client switch to a different replicate if
an RX request to the fileserver that the current replicate is on returns an
EBUSY error?

If not, was this a specific design decision? How hard would it be to change
cm code to do this switch?
