[OpenAFS-devel] the linux .__afsXXXX problem

Is there someone with some free time and a sufficiently old 2.4 kernel
that's willing to figure out what OpenAFS version this appeared in? Likely
scenarios:
1) has existed for all Linux 2.4 versions (unlikely)
2) has existed for all OpenAFS versions (more unlikely but iirc the first
2 versions only built for linux 2.2)
3) was introduced along the way (if so, what version)

The best case would be using as many versions with one kernel as
possible, but old versions clearly don't work with recent kernels.
