[OpenAFS-devel] Error code

I keep getting an error when I try to connect.  I am running windows 98 
second edition.  My connection is a cable modem through and a router.  I am 
using the 95/98 AFS open program and I seem to get different error codes.  
Sometimes I time out in the connection stage.  Sometimes I get a requested 
ticket lifetime is invalid. here is the activity log.
