[OpenAFS-devel] How can I compile sysname rs_aix43 into OpenAFS 1.2.7 ?

At least with the source code from

  http://www.openafs.org/dl/openafs/1.2.6/openafs-1.2.6-src.tar.gz

it dies right away due to the lack of src/config/Makefile.rs_aix43.in.
Though I tried to fix the obvious problems like this one, I couldn't
get it to work.
