[OpenAFS-devel] AIX system hang

Dear OpenAFS user,
again we had system hangs on two machines running AIX-4.3.3 and
OpenAFS 1.2.8.
The last years we saw these problems only on multiprocessor machines
using the memory cache. Therefore I created a RAM-disk and used this
as AFS cache partition. But now we had system hangs with this
configuration: memory cache is NOT the reason for the system hang.
