What source tree is this a patch against?  Its failing all over the
place on an unmodified 1.2.8 tree, and a lot of the chunks seem to
think they have already been applied.

It also wants to patch a lot of files in subdirs that aren't in my
tree at all, like src/JAVA.

I'm not having much luck with it manually, becasue its clear that my
1.2.8 tree, and the you diffed against are already significantly
different.

Help...
