[OpenAFS-devel] issues with current trunk afs.rc and afs.conf for linux

afs.rc expects ENABLE_AFSDB and ENABLE_DYNROOT, sample afs.conf has
AFSDB, AFSDYNROOT.=20

afs.rc uses /usr/bin/bos instead of /usr/afs/bin/bos. It should check
for standard locations, or should be generated based on the use of
--enable-transarc-paths.=20
