So that could be done just by changing the type of
"hf_afs_fs_callback_expires" to FT_RELATIVE_TIME in
"packet-afs-register-inf.h".

I'll check that in (along with some other cleanups, e.g. changing the
OUT_DATE macro to OUT_TIMESECS, as it's not necessarily fetching a
date/time stamp).
