With the 1.3.6100 build I am getting this MessageBox: 

AFS
Unknown error!
(get_cellconfig() failed)
OK

when afs is starting on a W2K machine. It appeared once before 
the taskbar icon was shown, then once after it was shown. I had 
to click OK. Things appear to work as expected afterwards.
