[OpenAFS-devel] Quick Windows client request

In the latest 1.3 series Windows client, on network cable disconnects and 
suspend operations the client service stops.

Would it be possible to notice when un-suspend happens (and, with lower 
priority, when network cable reconnects happen) and restart the service? 
The suspend one would be very convenient for the laptops on our AFS cell.
