The stuff in my tree isn't necessarily guaranteed to work, or even compile,
since I'm actively working on it.  There is an rxtcp branch in the OpenAFS
CVS tree.  The head of that tree may not necessarily be that wonderful,
though ... A tree dated 20060314 might be better.
