[OpenAFS-devel] No more include/config.h on FC6 kernels

Just so I'm not reinventing the wheel... has there been a committed
patch for this yet?  I took a first pass but my simple attempt was
foiled by my reliance on KERNEL_VERSION(). Just don't want to create an
autoconf test if someone's already done it.....
