yes, it's not in "./configure --help", i found it somewhere else. But if I don't set it I get the jni.h-not-found-error again (without testing your patch).

I tried strace but didn't find "ThisCell" or any of these folders. Do I have to search for something else in output?

I only did "./configure --with-java-home=..." without anything else. Now i did it with your parameters but nothing changed.
