Well, afsmonitor works on Linux right now (1.4.2).  However, that code is
also simply wrong, and I'm 100% confident that taking out the htons is
correct.  Looking at the code more deeply, it looks like that element of
the struct is completely ignored by the xstat code, which is why no one's
noticed before now.
