Hi List,

Amd64 client builds and, at least minimally works.  x86_64 assembly in
process.amd64.s, and bug reports, from Tony Jago (thanks, Tony).

Client may have file consistency issue under load (bug report), looking
into it.

Testing and issue reports appreciated (patch in RT #123811).  Trivially,
this adds sysnames for 7.1, on i386 and x86_64, not tested.
