Yes, understand that... I've been running this config for about 4 years
:) And it has been working well until the last week (and the only thing
changed in the last week, is I upgraded from 1.4.7 to 1.4.8).

I dont have any special iptables rules (or routing) that control where
10.1.3.1's traffic goes ... So as far as I am aware, traffic to 10.1.3.1
would go to eth0 only...
