What does rxbind do (Im not using it)?

(Just to be clear - I want my server "penguin" (with multiple
interfaces) to limit its afs client connections to the afs service to 1
IP address, so that I can have a simple ACL rule (not having to put in
the other interface IPs in). This afs server gets connections from
clients on the other networks (that it has interfaces for), so it
shouldnt be limited in the same way.)
