[OpenAFS-devel] fs:'/afs': Function not implemented

Hi again.
after installing openafs 1.4.7 on my suse 10.2 it all went
better lige before.
but now im having an fs issue, like the subject
says..

the command im trying to execuce is:

/usr/afs/bin/fs setacl /afs system:anyuser rl

and getting the
output:

fs:'/afs': Function not implemented
