[OpenAFS-devel] ptclient

It looks like ptclient has never been installed going all the way back to
the IBM days.  Should it stay that way, or should we look at documenting
it and installing it?

Apparently there's a function in db_verify (which we also don't install by
default) that dumps the database in the form of a script for ptclient to
create it, which is sort of interesting if it actually works.
