[OpenAFS-devel] where to find afs-3 programmer's reference

   Where can I find afs-3 programmer's reference including File Server/Cache Manager interface, volume server/Volume Location server interface, protection Server interface, Bos Server Interface and specification for the Rx Remote Procedure Call facility?  And please suggest me what documents related to its design,implementation, internal mechanism should I read ?
