I recovered /afs/andrew.cmu.edu/usr/shadow/OpenAFSCachePinning.txt,
which may or may not have been the final version. Hopefully
someone will put it in the AFSLore wiki, since, well, the sandbox wiki
is a sandbox, and not for things you'd like to persist.
