Is that a change id? I did not find it.

Mind you, for 1.4.x the code is hardly more than

not_in_quota = (current->fsuid == 0) ? KEY_ALLOC_NOT_IN_QUOTA : 
KEY_ALLOC_IN_QUOTA;

however the "master" (1.5.x) has the same problem!
