Someone needs to hook it up to Gerrit with auto-push.

Yeah, I didn't think allowing OpenID editing was a good idea, but folks
wanted to try it and see how it would go.  It's not going well.

I think we should turn off all editing on the wiki except via Gerrit,
unless someone else who has more time than I have can run the wiki and
deal aggressively with the spam.
