You (or 'someone') needs to give it a regex to determine warnings:
<http://buildbot.net/buildbot/docs/0.7.12/#Compile>. I'm not sure if you
can configure that yourself, or if Jason needs to do it. It looks like
the defaults may just pick up gcc and windows cl warnings (or someone
already did the work to detect those?).
