What version of Heimdal and libroken.a is installed on this system?

The following build of http://gerrit.openafs.org/#change,3205 patchset 8
failed due to a missing symbol, rk_vsyslog. I'm wondering if rk_vsyslog
simply isn't present in the version of Heimdal installed on the machine.
