I have? :) I don't think I have, at least, not at length. Here I wasn't
thinking of anything in particular... but, Jeff already mentioned the
possibility of the fileserver not actually deleting the file while
callbacks on it are still active. Or the fileserver could ask clients if
they have the file open when you go to break callbacks, but I haven't
thought it all the way through. However, I think all of these have the
possible issue where you can't say "actually give me the space for this
file back, because we need it", though. Could have different RemoveFile
RPCs for that, I guess, or flags or whatever.
