If people come up with one, it would be great to check it into the tree so
that I can start shipping the Doxygen-generated documentation in the
openafs-doc package as well.  Ideally, it should integrate the bits of
Doxygen that we have in the doc tree.  Right now, I end up generating
separate Doxygen trees for each of those directories, which doesn't work
all that well.
