In other words, 'yes'.   The machine is misconfigured for running=20
OpenAFS servers.
OpenAFS does not support local hostname resolution to loopback=20
addresses.

Jason, you might volunteer to submit an test for this condition and=20
generate a
warning at the beginning of 'make check' and then skip all of the=20
server tests.
