rra-c-util will cope with either gssapi.h or gssapi/gssapi.h.  What it
won't cope with is gssapi_krb5.h instead of gssapi/gssapi_krb5.h, since no
one else does that.  That's a relatively easy fix, but that doesn't help
with the weird framework flags.
