There are enough even numbers out there, so that we can choose
_different_ even numbers for Windows and *NIX.

So now we only have to figure out which even numbers we like for
Windows and which ones for *NIX.

Windows OpenAFS 1.14, twice as good as OpenAFS 1.7 :-)
