There are some miscellaneous tools in
<https://github.com/openafs-contrib/afs-tools>, with some debug-oriented
ones in the 'debug' dir, but they're often only useful for the specific
issue they were written for. The 'stack-usage' tool in there can be
helpful for calculating stack usage of functions.
