[OpenAFS-devel] Quick start guide reference implementation

Hi,
I created a reference implementation which runs commands of the OpenAFS
quick start guide in the travis-ci.org CI service which is based on
Ubuntu 14.04. Source is at

Currently `bos setcellname` fails due to error `bos: failed to set cell
(you are not authorized for this operation)` (see
https://travis-ci.org/krichter722/openafs-setup/builds/114691027 for
details). Imo this shows that the Quick start guide needs to be reviewed
assuming you want to support the quite popular Ubuntu (14.04) and that
the failure doesn't occur because of limitations of the CI service.
