Stephan pulled up 14690 from master to 1.8.x:

14698 libadmin: Be sure to free the server list in ListCellsRPC

Mike to propose NEWS text for 14665..68.

Cheyenne reports success with linux 5.14-rc1+, on master and 1.8.x.
